The Space:
Nestled in the heart of the historic Marigny, this stunning private room offers charm, comfort, and modern convenience. Located in a beautifully maintained historic B&B, this room features its own en-suite bathroom, a cozy queen-sized bed with plush linens, and stylish decor that highlights the building's timeless character. Guests will enjoy amenities like a mini fridge, coffee maker, desk, flat-screen TV, and ample fresh linens for a comfortable stay. Please note, while we no longer operate as a traditional bed and breakfast, this space provides a serene retreat amidst the lively culture of New Orleans.
Guest Access:
You will have access to your private bedroom and your private en-suite bathroom. Your guest room is located in the front of the house. Enter the front door directly into your bedroom, easy peasy!

While situated in the Marigny, this home is located on the front porch of the French the city’s historic heart, famous for its vibrant nightlife and colorful buildings with cast-iron balconies. Crowd-pleasing Bourbon Street features jazz clubs, Cajun eateries, and raucous bars serving potent cocktails. Quieter streets lead to the French Market, with gourmet food and local crafts, and to Jackson Square where street performers entertain in front of soaring St. Louis Cathedral.
Getting Around:
Public transportation is very accessible. You’re just 0.3 miles from both the 2 Riverfront and 49 Rampart-St. Claude streetcar lines. Nearby bus routes include the 55 Elysian Fields (0.1 mi), 5 Marigny-Bywater (0.2 mi), 88 St. Claude/Jackson Barracks (0.3 mi), and 57 Franklin (0.3 mi).
Uber and Lyft also operate throughout New Orleans, making it easy to request a ride when public transit isn’t convenient.
