I really liked the location. It's in the heart of the Quarter, but far enough away from Bourbon to be relatively quiet. The staff were all friendly & helpful. Overall, a great place

We had a room across the street that had a nice courtyard. It was very cute. The room was massive. Almost like a nice sized one bed room apartment. It’s an older building so expect that. There’s no elevator. I would have loved if there was a safe in the room. Other than that I enjoyed it !

The Inn on St. Anne is actually a collection of buildings. There's the main building and then a set across the street. Our first room was at street level, on the street side and it was too noisy with lots of cars/people travelling by until late night. The bathroom also needed a new coat of paint However, the hotel provided excellent service and was able to move us to a room in the main building, 3rd floor, at the back. Smaller, but MUCH quieter. Also, as a boutique hotel, there is some variety to the rooms. Very comfy beds. No big lobby area, and a simple coffee station. The hotel is convenient to many things in the French Quarter, and lots of restaurants/bars within walking distance, as well as the river. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay there.

The Inn on St. Ann — NOLA

Classic French Quarter digs for a reasonable price. The 3rd floor walkup is not for the immobile or faint of heart, but it will keep you fit! Very nice staff.

charming but needs some TLC

Pros: proximity to French quarter and walkability, staff was kind/friendly, nice A/C in the room, cute courtyard Cons: extremely low water pressure (hard to get shampoo out of hair), wifi almost unusable, we had an issue where part way through our trip the key card just stopped working and they weren't able to get us a replacement card until later in the evening which left us unable to access our room late at night. The room wasn't dirty, but there were small things, like stained and flimsy towels, scratches on the wall, etc. that made it feel like the hotel could use a facelift. Also, one of the locks on our door didn't work. The staff was extremely kind and friendly, but when we called requesting assistance, we didn't get help. For example, housekeeping only comes every 3 days, but we ran out of toilet paper. We called twice asking for some. Hours later, we found a housekeeping staff member who helped, but we had to hunt down and find someone on our own. For the price and location, we don't regret staying here, but there were just a few minor inconveniences that would give us pause if we were to return.

This was the perfect spot to stay in. It was convenient to everything, was quiet and the staff was exceptional. The room was a little small but the bed was comfortable and the water was hot. I would absolutely stay again.

The walkable distance was great to everything around New Orleans. It had easy access by key card to enter the building. The only thing my party had an issue with is a bed needed to be replaced, the springs were bad.
