The staff was wonderful, my complaint was the 2nd to last day there, our sink flooded our room, someone came and fixed it promptly but I was left with wet soaking carpet. No shop vac or fan to blow it out or something at least. But other than that yeah

The room was clean and large, but dated. THE TV did not work until we asked for service. There was a light out in the bathroom. No windows! Lots of drapes, but only one cloudy window. The worst problem was that I had responded to an Hyatt email offer for early arrival but it was not honored. We waited for 4 hours to get into our room. There was no explanation of why a room did not become available as it was cleaned, yet they all became available at 4 pm. A very annoying start.

I was charged $324 with no explanation. I had two meals charged to my room which totaled 184. Receipts or giving for those charges. But an additional 324 with no explanation. I would be weary of staying here and leaving my card on file.
