Over all Staff were extremely unprofessional . It was the worse experience. They did not clean our room, we had to ask for everything toilet paper, trash bags, towels , almost everything that should be included in your stay . $45 dollar for valet parking. $40 for self park on a lot not own by the hotel high risk . Not satisfied with the customer service , not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room service. The only positive thing about this place is the location and the breakfast .

Hotel don't have parking lot. You have to pay $45.00 for valet parking. We require a extra pillow to front desk, and she said they dno't have extra pillows. Next day one of cleaning team,gave us a two extra pillows.

The breakfast was great. Cereal, toast, eggs, bacon, yogurt, breakfast potatoes, milk, juice, coffee, toast, muffins, and bagels. Our room was 606 and it was on the 3rd floor and it was a little beat up. Scratches on the walls and the toilet paper holder was broken. The shower pressure was minimal at best and the shower floor was stained. They provide coffee maker in the room which was complementary, However no complementary bottles of water. We had a difficult time trying to get a receipt at check out and the lady was very rude.
