We stayed here for our honeymoon.Our room was in the carriage house across rhe street from the main hotel.The staff was friendly and very eager to help in any way they could. The courtyards were beautiful and very clean. The bed was comfy and our room was clean and cozy. We're planning on an annual vist for our anniversaries.

Overall the hotel is just OK. I liked the convenience of parking on-site. My room was across the street at Hermann House. Though I unknowingly book that one. It had a nice courtyard. What I didn't like was that the carpet in the room was very dirty AND the phone did not work. Even after I reported it no one came to fix it. While I do have a cell, when I needed to call the front desk for more towels, I could not and had to walk over and get them. Cleanliness and functionality of the technology in the room are two main priorities - they failed on both. However, the front desk staff was very friendly. I appreciated that.

Comfortable Convenient

The room was exactly as the photos. The parking attendant was extremely friendly and helpful. The check-in process was one of the best I've experienced in a very long time, thank you Michael. My room was clean and spacious. I had a king bed with all other room amenities. The bathroom was clean with HOT water and a good working toilet. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable. I visit New Orleans once a year and I'll definitely be returning to stay here.

Our first impression was good. The room was clean and the area is very walkable with most places we went being 10 min or less. The staff were friendly. We had an issue with housekeeping. We had to ask the front desk 4 different times throughout one day for housekeeping to come as we really needed towels and wanted fresh bedding. Not a huge deal but the TV was a pain, there was no guide so you had to manually enter channels and half of them were just static. All in all, I don’t think we would choose to stay here again.

This place was absolutely beautiful! The property was well kept and it truly felt like a piece of New Orleans. The rooms were nice and cozy. We were walking distance to all the great places but away from all the chaos. The staff members were amazing! Michael was the receptionist through most of our stay and he always made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be staying here again.

Girls Weekend

The location for our girls trip was perfect. The size of the room was satisfactory. Cleanliness could have been a bit better. The toilet didn't flush very well. Front desk/Service was excellent. Pool & courtyard were nice.
