Even though we UPGRADED our rooms they were horrible… bugs,mold,dust, a door that a wind could blow open ( used a belt to secure it). The staff was BEYOND RUDE when I brought it up to the front desk she just laughed and says yes we have bugs here.. house keeping staff never even ran a vacuum (yes i asked 3 times) or cleaned the bathroom (again i asked)…i went to the corner store and brought my own cleaners to do it with… Carpet was sticky and the whole room smelled of mold….tried to contact someone in charge to send pictures of that gross room never got a reply. After a week there i ended up home with bug bites and a lung infection !!!! I tell everyone RUN as fast as you can from this hell hole ….
