The staff was very nice and even refunded some of my money, because of a discrepancy with the price quoted. The rooms are very well appointed with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer even an iron and board. The hotel is very clean, just old and shows its age some. I had a nice stay and think I got value for the price paid.

Good location!

Great place to stay if you are seeing a show at the Nissan Arena. We walked to and from Coldplay, which was perfect when everyone else was trying to get an uber. Staff are courteous, friendly and welcoming. Its a motel for the most part, but it suited our needs for 3 days.. AC was on full blast to beat the crazy humid Nashville summer!

Room was trashed and never cleaned. The desk clerk acted like he didn't want to put forth the effort to give us another room. Middle of summer and the pool and plants growing on it's cover that was still on. No access from main lobby to hotel?? Had to walk out of the back and all the way around the parking lot to get breakfast. Really odd design. Suggestion....don't go here!!

Stay after concert

Stayed after a concert at Nissan Stadium, which was easily walkable. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Motel itself looks a little rundown and sketchy, but there were plenty of people there from the concert so I never felt unsafe. This is a motel with doors on the outside, no interior hallway. Would stay here again after an event, would not want to stay here for a vacation in Nashville.
