The only problem I had was the $50 early check in fee. Since I am a world of Hyatt member I never have to pay that. The last time I stayed here, they waived it. They already had the room ready, and di not have to do anything special, so I can't understand why it wasn't waived.

The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and responsive. I loved the location, it had several good restaurants around the hotel. Nashville is an easy city to walk around.

We booked a king room on Expedia.They did not have one when we got there.So they gave us a queens and free breakfast. Breakfast was the usual healthy crap that no one eats, bacon was good.. so in short, pay for what you want, get what they got.
