Homes 1 and 2 each hold four bedrooms across two levels, including a king suite, a second king room, and a king paired with a lofted queen. Home 1's fourth bedroom is the Bunk Room, sleeping six across double and single beds, while Home 2's fourth bedroom sleeps six across six single beds.



Homes 3 and 4 mirror each other, each pairing two king bedrooms with a queen room and a room set up for six across full and twin beds, so multiple families can each claim a floor. Every home opens onto its own rooftop deck with a hot tub, mini golf, and a wet bar, and every home has its own game room with a pool table and arcade machine under a wall of record art.
