The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room wasn’t ready on time so I left for a while and came back to a room still not ready. The lady at front desk upgraded the room no charge. She was pleasant and apologized several times but made me feel very good about the service.

This hotel is extremely unsafe, I would never recommend anyone stay here. Me and my partner checked into our original room, which we then had to move rooms due to there being blood on the carpet. We then left the hotel for some time and upon returning, there were sounds of thrashing and screaming as if someone was being horribly beaten upstairs. We called the front desk and they said “we will check on it”. After this they had denied giving a refund for this terrible experience and seemingly nothing is being done. DO NOT STAY HERE
