I paid for an oceanfront balcony room that I couldn’t even enjoy because of the cigarette smoke. I thought I saw a sign in the lobby that says it’s a smoke free property, but the air on the balcony was like being in an interior room filled with smokers. Couldn’t breathe it was so bad.

We had a huge crack in our ceiling. We could see the rebarb in the ceiling. The area arouns the tub looked like it had been puttied. The pool and hot tub was dirty and the hit tub water looked green. We was barely in the room for the time we was there and for the price i didn't think it would be like the ritz. Staff was GREAT!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is perfect. Could not recommend more, best value in town. Would I bring my family here? No. But the negative reviews are entirely unfair. Parking situation? Sure it’s a tight lot… not the end of the world just work on your parking skills! Your romantic getaway was ruined? Maybe don’t spend $32 a night for that! Took a bit of time to be checked in? Oh well, go take a stroll on the beach while you wait! Perfect place for what it is.

Right on the beach.

This is not our first time here. We were at this same place since 2010, and after 2 years later, and now this time. Because we have service dogs, we like this place, right on the beach. Not too many people. And this was important, plus even living not far away, what we need ocean breeze to help with allergies. We did try other hotels also. Not the newest one, but ocean front, right on the beach, balcony and the price- except young , little to excited and noisy neighbors next door, it would 5stars.
