This cozy home with a beautiful spiral staircase has 2 king beds among 11 total beds and even includes a crib for infants! There are smart TVs in every bedroom and 1 in the living room as well! The yard comes complete with an enormous top of the line park-grade double sided charcoal BBQ grill that swivels, a fire pit, and outdoor yard games!

Rest easy knowing that this amazing property is professionally & regularly maintained with a large variety of service contracts with professional companies that include same day & after hours emergency services for the unlikely event you experience any issues during your stay!
-Air conditioning / HVAC: Air filters are replaced every 4 weeks. We also have a contract with professional company that includes: 1) regular cleaning & maintenance 2 times per year & 2) priority same-day & after hours emergency service for any unlikely issues!
-Appliance repair: We have a professional company who provides same day & after hours emergency services for any unlikely issues!
-Landscaping & gardening: We have a contract with a professional company who comes 1 or 2 times per month (varies by season)!
-Pest control: We have a contract with a professional company who comes once every 2 months & provides same day service for any unlikely issues!
-Others: We utilize & contract with a professional cleaning company, a professional linen company, professional handymen, & professional plumbers who are all on call to handle any needs that may arise including same day & after hours emergency services for any unlikely issues!

Secondly - you are a 3 min walk (less than 0.2 miles) from the nearest large grocery store - Piggly Wiggly so you don't have to go far for any basic needs you may have! There is also a Shell gas station that includes a 24-hour quick mart within 2 min walk of the house! For larger needs there is a Costco & a Walmart Super Center located about 5 min drive away (2.5 miles)!
