I was excited to stay at gulf winds because of its location and access to the beach across the street. Things were going well with the amenities until the internet would just go out. I reboot the device and it would work for a day and go out. I reported to the onsite maintenance, they came and did what I did to resolve and said this looks like a personal modem that they would have to notify the owner to resolve fully. I had to continue to reset the device daily for the wifi to work. I accepted this issue. But then one night the family and I returned home later in the evening and there was not any hot water for us to shower and get clean. I called onsite maintenance and was given a reply that I would have to wait until the next morning around 9 AM for someone to look at the hot water issue. This was not reasonable as I was not clean and had an early morning appointment at 7AM to attend. I reported this and called Vrbo and then tried to reach out to onsite maintenance and was ignored. This was not resolved to my satisfaction. No attempt to compensate me for the inconvenience occured. The hot water was corrected while I was out. I was able to shower and then the following morning the hot water was out again. It was time for me to check out so I didnt bother calling again since I felt I was not a valued guest. I contacted Vrbo again to see if the host or maintenance had responded to my complaint and they informed me they had not and to go ahead and leave this info
