Outdoors you will find a balcony that is fully screened in to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings or a beverage of your choice in the evenings while you soak in the stunning views and possibly catch the dolphins swimming by. There is a large lawn area that leads to the private fire pit area (and seating) and a private boat dock.

Bring your boat, jet skis and paddleboard for a unique vacation experience. Local boat, jet ski, bike, and golf cart rentals are available. Property is located approx. 0.3 miles from Legion Park boat ramp where you can also play volleyball, pickleball, and basketball.
