Needs parking

Location and condo are great, but only one parking spot and it is STRICTLY enforced. Our children (grown) met us there...and finding and managing offsite parking was frustrating! Lot wasn't even half full, but they patol and ticket. Make sure you are all in one car.

Excellent condo

We were down for spring break from school and everything was excellent. The description was spot on of all the rooms. Very short walk to the beach just right across the street. The beach closet has all your essentials from chairs, umbrellas, toys and even boogie boards and small stroller. The kitchen was stocked with all your cooking needs. The balcony was great as I sat out there most of the time, so pretty. Communication with the owners was great. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Perfect Condo Rental!

We had a great time. The property was as advertised. It was very convenient beach access and the property had a closet with any beach item you could need. Several reviews have complained about only having one parking spot, but it is very clearly communicated in the listing that that is the case. As long as you only need one parking spot, this place is perfect!

A perfect stay in paradise

Condo- this condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was very spacious and clean. Getting in and out of the complex and unit was simple. The bedrooms were all comfortable with plenty closet and dressers. Both bathrooms were clean had plenty of towels for our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and the large dining room table was perfect for our group to eat and play games at. The living room was very spacious and comfortable. Having an oversized sectional was AMAZING! There was no lack of seating to watch a movie or just relax. The pull out bed was also very comfortable and easy to use. The balcony was simple and comfortable- perfect for a cup of coffee or watching a storm. Washer and dryer worked and worked well. The unit also had plenty of beach accessories- umbrellas, several beach chairs and sand toys- we used them every day! The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Beach access is right across the street-very convenient! Over all I give this a 10/10. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful, clean, and had all of the essentials. We appreciated the mini bag of cleaning supplies for the kitchen. Just a short walk from the beach, it was a very nice family friendly location. Would definitely stay here again.

Location

Beach access immediately opposite across the road, 2 mins and you’re at the beach. Nice touch was the umbrellas and chairs were included in the condo. Even a couple of body boards were included which was great for the teenagers. Surf hut also just across the street and walkable, and less than a mile from the outlets.

Family memories

We made wonderful memories here. The pool was nice, beds great, location perfect. Short walk to the beach where you can find tucker and have him drill you out a hole for an umbrella and rent some chairs. Perfect spot for a vacation!

Best stay ever!

The listing is 100% accurate. The owners are great to work with and easy to contact. I would recommend this place to any family or strangers looking for a good time and not have to worry about accommodations. We had 7 people stay here with plenty of room. 4 adults and 3 teens. The beach access is right across the street. Easy walking distance. I will be back to stay!

Amazing - ZERO Complaints

Visited Destin for the first time with my sister, bro-in-law, and nephews. The condo was perfect and since the listing is 100% accurate, parking wasn’t an issue as we understood the criteria before we even booked. Scott is incredibly nice and responsive, and I have no doubt that if he could control the weather, that would have been perfect as well!!! 😊. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to all of our family and friends as well.

Great place very near the beach with easy access to the beach.

This place was great for 6 adults (two 18-year-olds stayed in the room with the bunk beds). We grilled burgers one night, and everyone liked the pool and jacuzzi. The porch is great, with a nice seating area and a view of the ocean. My only complaints were the lack of parking and the inability to get VRBO (not the owners) to waive the state taxes in accordance with FL law. There is only 1 parking spot and we had 3 vehicles. One guest parked her car at the Post Office, which is a short walk, and I got permission from Embassy Suites to park my vehicle there because I was attending a seminar at Embassy Suites, which is also a short walk. We had a tax exemption because we were there attending a Gov't seminar, and FL allows a state tax exemption which we had signed and approved but VRBO (not the owners) would not honor it because the reservation was not in the name of the Government. The "Gov't" doesn't rent condos, people who work for the Gov't rent condos and because my name was listed on the reservation and not the gov't entity I work for, VRBO would not honor it. In previous years we have stayed at the Embassy Suites, EdgeWater, SanDestin Golf and Beach Resort, and the Cresent which are all nearby and never had a problem in them honoring our state tax exempt status. Hopefully, VRBO will change their policies to honor the FL state tax exemption like other close by resorts, which is meant to encourage government entities to have seminars in FL.

Beach Vacation

The property was great and conveniently located right across the street from the beach. The property manager had great communication with us. I would say the only thing this property needed was some oven mitts in the kitchen. We had to use kitchen towels to remove hot dishes out of the oven. Other than that, everything fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

spring break

Owners were great communicators. Condo was a nice size for a family of 7. Beach was super close and same with the pool! I have nothing negative to say about this condo, it was perfect for our family. I will stay here again in the future. oh, they have the best balcony furniture!! This condo have a little outdoor couch where as the others we saw just has chairs. Great condo, Great Location!

Nosy owners/bad parking

The condo was nice and clean when we arrived. However there were a few other issues that will keep us from renting from there again. The water pressure was not good. The jacuzzi didn’t work for a couple of days. The refrigerator water filter was bad and needed replacing. And worst of all, we felt like the owner was snooping on us. An example was one day our kids had rang the door bell a couple of times in a row just playing around. The owner immediately texted me telling me to tell my kids to stop ringing the doorbell. Then we realized there was a camera on the doorbell. That made us suspicious if there were other cameras around the condo and so from there on out we felt like we were being watched which made everyone very uncomfortable. Never will stay in that building again.
