Welcome to Sol Mate! Our home is in the Villas of Frangista, located in the heart of Miramar Beach. It is a new, quiet, gated community with cobblestone streets and is within minutes from the sugar white sands and community pool. This community is very close to favorite local restaurants, and nearby some of the best shopping in the area. Seascape Golf Resort is practically next door, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Stroll to one of the many great coffee places and enjoy a coffee beach- front, or check out Pompano Joes, Whale's Tail or Surf Hut for a bite, take a dip in the community pool, or catch some rays on our sunny sands!

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once our initial amenity package is depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
