This hotel was 9 minutes from airport. Hyatt has never let me down always clean, comfortable, roomie and always has amazing toiletries. Customer service was amazing. I have no complaints just quick suggestions: closer outlets for phone and other devices by the bed.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The airport shuttle service was on time, quick, and a very nice ride. The breakfast options were good. The room was spacious for our family. Very nice and helpful staff. We would stay again.

Overall I liked my stay at the this hotel: it was convenient, relatively clean, and the breakfast was great. My biggest complain is the check-in experience which means the staff was terrible. They could not find the reservation made for the 2nd room (they found only one room and were saying that they can not split the reservation.) All four staff people at the front desk were practically ignoring me and my party, saying that I need to fix the situation myself and talk to Expedia. They did not care that I reserved two rooms (I showed them Expedia reservation) and paid for both of them. Only after 40 min. of waiting the manager found the 2nd reservation. They were not professional, not caring, or helpful.

Airport shuttle was convenient and fast. The room was comfortable, except the air conditioning/heating unit was not working properly. It would only blow hot air and no way y to control the temperature. The free breakfast was pretty good.
