Rooms are extremely small. Much smaller than what I have ever seen before outside of a hostel. What they call “city view” is just the view of a parking lots. Besides that is ok.

I was told by pne staff member that the valet parking was $25.00 for 24 hrs, but the reality was the parking was $50.00. There is a municipal parking next door for $20.00 for 24 hrs. Use that instead. It is monitored very well by the Miami Beach Police and staff.

First time here and I will definitely be here. The vibes are immaculate! Beautiful decor (only thing I can say is the pool furniture and pillows are extremely tired , for the pool party prices surely they can varnish the beads and get some new cushions) , rooms are comfortable and cute. Staff are incredible, Cathy and Erica at the restaurant were so great to me! I will definitely be back!! So glad I found it ! Kind of annoying about the pool party using most of the loungers but in fairness the hostess didn’t ask me to move for the day bed for 5 hours until she needed it and then she offered me the beach with 2 loungers , Gabriel Hotels pool or a loungers at the back which were limited. They really do try their best to accommodate you outside of the pool party until they can’t anymore, but let’s be real. It’s South Beach everywhere has a pool party at this stage.

Overall property very clean and safe area. Rooms clean initially upon check in, but only offer bed linen change after 3 days (even when requested earlier). Awesome pool but only open until 6 weekdays and 8 weekends, in summer, in Miami. Resort fee alone should allow more time in pool. Fee did include beach lounge chair and 2 hour bike rental which was nice, but would easily be able to be rented separately and still not be the cost of resort fee. Staff average, friendly but only 1 trained person who could check people in/out people at a time. Nice complimentary adult beverage on check in. Great proximity to beach (2 blocks). Did not have a bad experience per se, but not a great one either considering cost. Will likely stay elsewhere on next visit to Miami.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. As soon as you walk in, you can smell the cleanliness. The reception staff was friendly, the room was cleaned daily, and the bed linens were changed upon request. The pool was clean. Despite the small size of the room, our stay was very comfortable. It was easy to rate the hotel highly – due to our flight delay, we even extended our booking for two more nights. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The only thing that surprised us was that you have to pay $20 per day for an umbrella on the beach (maybe this is common, but it was the first time I encountered it). Would I return here again? Definitely yes. Thank you!

The overall property I gave it a 3. I came in on Thursday leaving to go on a cruise ship the next day. The hotel is a cute boutique style hotel. When I arrived I was greeted with a welcome drink. The room was nice and clean. On the small side and the bed not so comfortable. All the pools were closed when arrived around 10:00 pm. But it looked like it could be fun. It was walking distance to the beach (2 blocks). There were also a lot of restaurants and clubs in walking distance. My biggest complaint was when I was leaving I was feeling very bad and asked the staff member for a cup of water because I was not feeling good and I needed to sit down. The guy behind the desk told me that I only could purchase water from the bar upstairs for $7.00. I had all of my luggage with me and did not feel like going back upstairs. I also was notably sweating. I just felt like a little customer service could have been a bit better.

Uncomfortable bed, poor pool service

First, we had an ocean view room, which cost more. The ocean view was a narrow strip of ocean over the roof of other buildings. Next, the bed was terrible. It was built into two walls, so that yiu could only get into the bed from one side and the doot of the bed. If you were on the right side of the bed, you literally had to crawl in. There was no chair in the room, so you were either on the bed or not. The pool service was horrible. Most of the loungers had a reserved sign, but the front desk said they were first come first served. But the pool staff said they were reserved. I found a corner to sit, and not once did the pool server staff ever approach me or ask if I needed anything. Multiple times they walked by, but ignored me.

Very well designed, staff was very friendly. The property was beautiful. A bit loud, even the music in the library was too loud to actually work. Pool area was beautiful, but the furniture cushions are in desperate need of being replaced. Would expect better quality with the high minimum spend to reserve them. Overall great experience! Would go back

As soon as I walked in through the door I was greeted by one of workers at the front and she checked me in right away and explained of all the amenities that they offered. My room was located near the elevators and I thought it would be noisy but it was pretty quiet which I loved! I was there for only 2 nights and I didn’t get a chance to check out the 3rd floor so, I’ll definitely be back in the future and try out the amenities that they offer!
