I sent multiple emails to the hotel before my stay and no one replied. Even when I called to follow up. The bottom floor rooms on one side have music blaring on the pool beside until after midnight. Rooms were average.

Had to wait 45 mins to get rooms. Booked 2 rooms and they put one in one building and the other in other building. I needed them together. 1st room smelled really bad by the restaurant kitchen on first floor. After waiting another 30 mins they finally found another room on the same floor as the other one…🤔. Come to find out they didn’t want us to have the other room because we booked through Expedia and it was a discounted rate. Them…. They harassed me about a resort fee! Called me and was really rude and even came knocking on my door. I paid in full online but when I arrived they wanted to charge a resort fee of $34/day. No parking, had to pay valet of another hotel across the street $50/night. Iron board was broken in one of the rooms. Ice machine didn’t work. I’ll stop there. However, it was conveniently located to all the activities and restaurants on south beach.

The room is missing many essential items like a simple hook next to the shower for the towel. I had to lay it over the sink to reach it after my shower. Speaking of the sink, it does not drain properly. I had to turn it off or it would have spilt on the floor. The shower head is also as old as rhyme itself. Needs to be updated.

Room was large the balcony was a great size overlooking the courtyard. Music was a whole vibe. I enjoyed my stay the only issue was I waited for my car for 30mins to get my bags and I decided to cancel it and buy a new fit because I was near shopping. The location was a block off the beach and it was near my favorite spot, Naked Taco.

We have to ask to repair the shower because it did not work. The TV did not work during our stay. Even after we asked the hotel to fix it they never did it. The sink was clogged. We got 3 towels for a 4 person room. And when we asked we never got the extra towel.
