Room was ready over 2 hours late. Air conditioning was broken in one room and we had to switch rooms. No one helped us move our things. I requested sheets for a bed and they told me I needed to go down to get them. There was one gentleman at the front desk who was extremely accommodating and he did his best, but management is horrible at this hotel.

I liked the size of the suite we had, but it was a little ghetto our iron had black stuff on it one of the elevator was broken, breakfast wasn’t good and they kept running out of items and the staff seemed annoyed when you asked them to replenished. Sorry I wouldn’t stay there again.

The hotel itself is average but the lack of parking and $30 for valet is ridiculous. To not have a parking lot for guests is crazy and should be communicated. The website mentions valet but does not say there isn’t a parking lot at all.
