Staff was great. The facility is old and the bedding was old and nasty. Showed a picture to the front desk and they were all over it. Valet parking is $56! Dinning was very high as well. You could have had a better NY strip at Ponderosa. Breakfast was $86, for a Buffett. I am not planning on returning.

The hotel was beautiful and the location was amazing! We stayed here prior to our cruise and really enjoyed the property. The only downside was the restaurant pricing — the breakfast buffet was extremely overpriced. $40 per person for a standard continental breakfast felt a bit excessive. Other than that, everything was great!

As I checked out for the overpriced breakfast, I wanted to use cash for my breakfast. They acted like they’ve never seen cash before, so I had to charge to my room. Then the on checking out, I wanted to use cash for the breakfast charge….AGAIN, no idea on how to handle cash!! For Hyatt, this is very disappointing. However, I stayed in a panoramic room on floor 14, and it was gorgeous.
