First let me say how much we enjoyed every experience from our arrival to departure at the Hotel Indigo Brickell Suites in Miami!!! The valet staff were all welcoming and remembered which car was ours so our service was very prompt and friendly. The front desk staff were ALL professional, courteous and helpful. And our check in process was quick and simple with no issues whatsoever. Our room was gorgeous!!! The views were breathtaking day and night. Our bed was extremely comfortable and cozy. Our suite was perfect. The area in Brickell is centrally located to so many restaurants and places to see and visit. There’s so many construction areas around the entire area which was a little overwhelming at times. Just fyi a lot of streets in downtown Miami are one way streets and traffic can hold you back due to the opening and closing of bridges. So you definitely will not make a mistake in choosing Hotel Indigo for your next travel experience in Miami.

The staff were very nice. Had an issue with the bar though. There were five of us drinking at the bar and when we went to pay he had put the entire cost on the first person that left and refused to put the drinks on the individual tabs. The next morning at 7:30 ladies were outside our door talking and laughing very loud. We think it was the cleaning g staff

Don’t waste your time reading the negative reviews and psyching yourself out like I did… this place was fantastic! Staff members new and old were knowledgeable and provided information when needed! Room was nice, all down to the scent of the lotions and soaps I loved lol. Had access to the gym, pool, everything! Only complaint? I couldn’t stay longer! (And the beds were kinda soft lol not worth dropping a star though!

Excellent location and Staff!! Everyone attend us very good even in a rush season!! The staff of the Valet Parking (I think Jose (have braces) & the Guy with long hair) are so good and very hard workers!!! Sorry for this, but the other two has poor customet service and always serious so that’s not good comparing to all the staffing in the Hotel!! I will comeback!!! Is Pet Friendly and is a perfect area for walk with your dog!!!

Dirty, not well maintained, elevator out of order (1/3), fridge in the room (suite) out of order, hot water in the shower system only available after several minutes upon starting the shower (9th floor), and few other issues.
