1. I waited over two hours to receive a room, even though I arrived at the scheduled check-in time. 2. When I finally received a room, the toilet overflowed and flooded the entire bathroom/floor, making the room unusable. 3. I was then placed in a handicapped-accessible room, which I did not book and was not suitable for my needs. 4. I was promised I would be moved into the correct room at 2:30 PM, but this did not happen. 5. I was not moved into the room I originally paid for until late at night, far beyond what was promised.

Hard to believe this was a Hilton. Staff was neither attentive nor nice. While our room was clean and spacious, the bathroom provided basic amenities. Moreover, we only had hot water on one day (and it was at night time and not in the morning). The pool and beach area was their saving grace.
