I can’t understand why Expedia would rate this hotel 8.8 and excellent. This hotel needs to be a 7 max. It’s very old, the entire hotel smells like cigarettes, the rooms have really old tvs, the bathrooms are old, dirt comes out thru the cracks of the walls. The elevator takes for ever to go up and down floors. Continetal breakfast has very little options. Very disappointed

Nice location next to a shopping plaza full of restaurants, clothing, exercise among other businesses. The hotel room room was normal. The shower had an old shower head with very little water pressure. Also after multiple tries of trying to open our door we had to go to the front desk to ask for maintenance. The reservation desk gave us new keys which, after ,4 additional tries with the new key before the door would open. Morning clerk was advised and he was going to notify maintenance. Breakfast is only from 7-930 and, not even coffee is available until that time. All in all it was a nice stay for all we had to do while in town. Would stay there again.
