The room was very clean and the front desk was very nice. It was a little outdated and my lamp and plug didn't work in my side of the bed. The shower head wasn't the best but bathroom was extra clean. Overall we had a good visit.

We couldn’t stay at this hotel because a strong, unpleasant smell (Clorox) in the room. As soon as I walked in, there was a noticeable odor that made it hard to relax, I spoke with front desk about it and let them know I have a family member with asthma. They still charged us for one night after multiple attempts from Expedia to obtain a refund.

The moment I walked in there were pot smell. I got the room it was overwhelming cigarette smell! I had to ask for another room. It’s hard to control what people do and if they smoke or not. Front desk people were helpful and nice.it. The conditioner worked well so the humidity went away. Locations is next to Sephora and Kohl’s which is good. Breakfast was good, coffee was good. The view of the cafeteria to the lake and it was nice. There were no traffic and I slept good. Overall good experience.for the money I spent.

Fantastic experience at The Palms Inn & Suites Kendall! We were in town for a family Thanksgiving, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The entire property, including our suites, was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were warm, welcoming, and made our holiday stay feel effortless. Highly recommend this spot for anyone needing great service and a comfortable, convenient base in Miami.
