I felt they didn’t honor hotels.com booking

They didn’t seem to read what I had booked. They argued with me about a room on the bottom floor. I wanted to clean beds. They gave us a King. I had to go back up to the desk and then I got the two queens on the bottom floor, it’s like they didn’t even look at hotels.com booking

Excellent service! Clean, comfortable, well-designed modern rooms. We have travelled 8,000 miles cross country, and this was by far our best experience at this price point. Though we didn’t use it, I was very impressed that there was a washer/dryer available for patrons. Staff were friendly and very welcoming. Thank you !

Stay was nice except the toilet wouldn't flush. Receptionist said we could change rooms, but we had already unpacked and didn't want to move. She gave us a plunger which didn't help, we used the bathroom near the reception.

Beautiful colors, design and overall cleanliness. It was the best hotel I've stayed at during my 1 week vacation. Food spots and cheap, great gasoline nearby. Seven Brew Coffee for mornings. Great place to stay!
