We had a wonderful time in Memphis. Enjoyed the rooftop bar and the convenient location of the hotel. We asked for our room to be cleaned daily, but that didn't happen.

Cute boutique style hotel. The staff were so kind and really make the hotel what it is! Some of the pictures on hotels.com do not match the hotel are of a hotel down the street. The rooftop bar has the most amazing views of the city.

We really appreciated the hotel staff and the rooftop bar — both were fantastic. Ebony, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and we truly appreciated her kindness. However, the hotel itself definitely needs some upgrades. The carpets in the rooms and hallways had noticeable stains, and there was no ice machine on the floors—you have to get ice from downstairs. There’s also no microwave in the rooms, only one available in the lobby. The vents were clogged with lint and dust, which was tough for my allergies and made it hard to sleep. For the price we paid, the experience didn’t quite meet expectations. The location is great, but the hotel needs some serious maintenance and improvements. We actually ended up leaving a day early on our 19th anniversary because of these issues.
