Our family arrived at 3 AM after booking a last-minute reservation due to traffic delays. Check-in was fine, but the stay quickly deteriorated.
We booked a king room advertised as sleeping three people. The couch did not pull out, and there were no extra blankets in the room. When I called the front desk to request one, the night manager immediately told me — very bluntly — that there were “no extra blankets, period.” When I asked how a room sleeping three could lack bedding, he stated they “assume a child under five sleeps in the bed with adults.”
Despite selecting 2 adults / 1 child (age 10) with no booking warnings, I was repeatedly told the website was “wrong” and that my reservation choice was “impossible.”
When I went to the desk, the night manager was visibly agitated, loudly accused me of being rude, lectured me, and then threatened to evict my family at 3 AM if I did not apologize “properly.” He even threatened to call the police. Another guest who commented was also yelled at.
All of this — over a blanket for my child.
Additionally, there were dead bugs near the A/C unit, and breakfast was extremely disappointing.
I cannot recommend this hotel. The staff’s behavior was shocking and deeply unprofessional.
