"Nice place, pleasant reception, comfortable bed......basically a good basic hotel room. However, we were traveling through various cities for a week and this was simply a one night stop. When we found out there was no elevator and the stairs to get EVERYTHING we brought (ice chest, 50 lb suitcase, 30 lb smaller suitcase, 2 CPAPS, etc) were quite long (either metal outside or carpeted inside) and we had to carry everything up and then 12 hours later everything back down.............not happy. No help offered and we are both almost 70 and this was a hardship. Perhaps the website said no elevator, I don't remember seeing it :-( Just mentioning it so people can be very aware if this matters to then!"
