The room was absolutely disgusting. It was very dirty. There were stains all over the walls like coke or food running down the wall. It was very run down, chips in the paint all over the walls, gaps in the front door, wood door to the bathroom was all beat up, bathroom was gross, floor looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed and couch had stains all over. It looked like they took old stuff from another hotel and replaced it with that. They also price gouged because of a graduation. Instead of $100 a night, it was $254 a night. It was definitely not worth the $584 we paid with taxes for 2 nights. I also booked through Expedia and it was a pay at the property reservation. There was a pending charge for 1 night on my debit card and I called that morning to make sure I was paying at the property. The lady I spoke to said it was only an authorization hold. Again I said I want to pay at the property. We got there late and the guy at the desk just gave us the key and I told him I needed to pay. He told me the manager authorized the charges that morning on my debit card. I will never ever stay at this property again.
