Didn't use the breakfast option. We went to "White Castle" an icon. In fact, we didn't know breakfast was an option. The rooms are impeccable, the staff "Top Notch". I had a chance to inter-act with two of the housekeeping staff and they were as courteous and helpful as the front desk staff. Great job and A++ overall. The roof top bar is a par-excellence!

Hotel was really nice and clean! It was a busy weekend and hotel seemed to overbook as we requested a king room through Expedia but got a double queen instead because they over booked. The water was wish washy and more than half our showers over the weekend were warm to cold no matter the time. Overall not a bad experience but for a hotel that seemed very nice the water and room management could be improved.

The staff was helpful throughout the stay and helping with an issue after we had checked out. There were issues that arose during our stay and those were quickly resolved. The area is quiet with several cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend and stay again.

One of the best Hilton hotel stays I’ve had. Great location and modern, clean rooms. Staff were so friendly and always available. Unfortunately, we never had housekeeping cause they would try to come to the room so early and then wouldn’t make their rounds back. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again.

Coffee bar had no change first thing in the morning ??? The incidentals charge on check-in was quite confusing .. It took several days for that fee to be refunded ? Otherwise it is a beautiful place . Quiet location , near several Louisville high lights !
