Perfect Hotel

The Marriott LAX is my most favourite Hotel in the Airport area, and i’ve stayed at about 15+ of them. Beautiful hotel, east access, lovely pool and a Starbucks. Staff are always amazing and this stay was no different

Mediocre Marriott Bonvoy Hotel

For a Marriot Bonvoy property, a 4-star hotel and a $220 a night this hotel is mediocre. No water in the room, only for sale at $7 dlls. I was not even offered water at check in.

The personnel in not willing to help when you’re trying to got into the parking lots ( it’s a vmbut confused). Parking area to the lobby there’s no elevator. The swimming pool area it’s nice and refreshing.

THE WORST!

I just stayed for 1 night. In the morning there wasn’t ANYBODY to help us checking out! My bill was wrong and they double charged me the parking even when I self parked and nobody was there to help. It’s unbelievable in such a huge hotel! I called customer service and was told they would call me back and they didn’t. My first and last time staying in there! Is a TOTAL ABUSE!
