The USB ports in the room didn't work. Had to call the front desk for help with the TV which ultimately was in need of a reset. There was no room service menu in the room, and a call to the restaurant was answered by an AI artificial voice that sent me a text with a link that was supposed to be the menu but, alas, was not. Had to go all the way down to the restaurant to get something to take back up to my room. Very frustrating.

Ridiculous Check-in Policy and Rude Staff

For an international airport hotel, the deposit policy is shockingly unreasonable. Cash and prepaid online cards were not accepted, and only a physical chip credit card was allowed. Even after the full room fee was paid, check-in was still denied. The front desk staff showed little empathy or assistance. They never explained alternative payment methods such as Apple Pay, leaving my non-English-speaking parents distressed and helpless after more than ten hours of international travel. The lack of flexibility and poor service caused significant emotional stress. This experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable for a hotel that claims to serve international travelers.

Do Not Stay Here.

I would never stay at a Hyatt after this stay. The hotel claims to have parking. It does not. You have to park in a pay to park garage behind the hotel. There is no easy place to pull up and drop off luggage. (And don’t try to door dash anything, you’ll have to meet your dasher out on the street.) Despite the fact you pay to park, and hotel staff assured us that we didn’t need a parking pass we got a parking ticket for parking exactly where we were told to park. Trying to get in contact with hotel staff (the front desk) was impossible. There was no way to get the front desk on the phone. We needed towels and had to go chase down housekeeping in the halls. The room itself was musty (smelled of asparagus) and the shampoo and soap bottles were empty. The couch was stained in excitingly disturbing ways. There are cheaper and easier places to stay.
