"We enjoyed our stay here. We stayed the first week of June. The weather was beautiful. The unit was nice. There was really nothing worth complaining over. Parking cost 50 for the length of stay. We didn’t have trouble finding a parking spot for 2 vehicles. We would stay here again."

"Small little cabin. Water view. Beautiful quiet lake. Bed slept fine. Window ACs could keep the space very chilled. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Could even put an air mattress in the loft for the kids if you wanted. "

"We were in town for Laurel Cove Music Festival. I have traveled for many festivals, but have never had a hotel cater and care for it's guests like this one! They had smalls snacks and waters for us, always asking if we needed anything and even got the festival shuttle to come up the hill to us. This is no doubt where we are staying next year and anytime we are in Middlesboro."

"This was a Wonderfull Home. We had our Family Reunion there and it was Perfect. Clean , comfortable , and a great dock for parking the boats and all our water activities.
