The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the location is superb. The down side is there is only one elevator so staying on the high floors are a little pain. Also the room is on the small side even for London standard.

Location is fantastic. Short walk to Tottenham court or Oxford circus tube stations, Oxford street shopping, Chinatown, British museum, you name it. The room was very small but adequate for a solo traveler. Windows are sealed so you can’t open them for fresh air but give the cold weather it’s ok. The cafe is open 24 hours which was brilliant since I came back late one night way past the time where other food options were available and I was able to get chicken tenders from the cafe. Service was great! Staff were helpful and friendly.

Rooms are very small, but perfect for 1 or 2 night stay. If you're sharing you'd need to know the other person well! No privacy in bathroom. Our original room had a damp/musty smell and the a/c wasn't working. But the lady at reception was very friendly and helpful and changed us to another room without any problem. Bed was comfortable. Great location
