Host communication needs improvement

I hired this flat for 3 of my employees to stay. The parking was not sorted out until a day later and a ticket was issued! There were broken items including the shower handle on arrival. This was eventually sorted out but lots of communication required to resolve all issues. The flat itself is fine and the guys were generally very happy with it.
