Disaster Weekend.

We arrived at the Hotel which is very basic.We were made to pay for our stay which was supposed to be already paid by Hotels.com t save our booking I paid £628.75.Later that day we found out that the Concert we had come to London to see, on Sunday evening had been cancelled.(ELO playing at Hyde Park). We tried to find a Show to attend but everything was booked.We decide to abandon the trip.We told the Hotel we would not be staying on Sunday night.We checked out at 12Midday on Sunday.We tried to get in touch with Hotels .com Customer Service without success..So I have been charged twice for 2 nights,With the added comfort that booking directly with the hotel would have saved some of the Expense of a wasted weekend.Please get in touch with me to sort this out.

Stayed for 2 nights over the weekend, gorgeous looking building and the staff are friendly. Had a buffet breakfast and that was also great for the price, which was £11.99 pp. The rooms are incredibly small and very hot, the air conditioning while it's on is lovely but it only stays on for 30 mins so we had to keep getting up to turn it back on. The bed was comfy and the shower was decent, however the room was very dusty, they have coffee machines in the room and all the coffee pods in the tray had dust on them, the skirting boards were also very dusty and it didn't look like the room had been vacuumed in a while. Great surroundings area, lots of shops bars and the tube station was just round the corner

The lobby was well presented but from there on out it was not a pleasant stay. Staff was OK, rooms in the basement are noisy, hot, ACs did not work, and the bathroom smelled like sewage/mold. Linens appeared clean, but everything on the basement floor smelled not good and it felt like you were staying in a closet. For the price I would’ve rather booked a private room in a hostel. Not worth it in my opinion

Extremely convenient location! Easy walk to Bayswater circle and district lines and also to Queensway red line and buses. Nice bed configuration for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We had a double bed for parents and 2 singles for our kids ages 8 and 10, which they enjoyed. Interior seemed like it needs updating but to the room and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was small but updated and shower was great! Beds came with 2 pillows each and plenty of tea and coffee. No fridge or microwave. Overall a very pleasant stay for 2-3 nights. We would stay again!

Pleasant Hotel

Nice hotel, has the basics and was very cheap for what you get considering London prices. Bedroom was quite small but had everything needed. We did however, only find one plug which wasn’t ideal. Overall great.
