The property is next to Paddington train station and even has its own entrance from the concourse if the station. Paddington station (railway, Elizabeth line, Heathrow Express, 4 London Underground lines) are all nearby if not literally next door. Super convenient! Neighborhood also convenient.

Hotel stay

I stay here when I come into London it is very convenient to everything and I manage to find little restaurants located nearby for a quick dinner incase too many times at the hotel. I do not recommend you stay in the Tower. I was upgraded this time and I didn't realize I had stay in that part before and it is miserable to get to , so no on that but everything is perfect.. Stay in original part of hotel so much better....I will be back...

My room was very nice - good bed, etc.... Concern: 4:00 PM check-in seems a bit late (I sat in the lobby for two hours waiting for my room - I find it hard to believe that the rooms are not ready prior to that time). Actually - since several of us were asked to wait until 4:00, it was after four when I received the key to my assigned room.
