Yes quite enjoyed staying at this hotel, great location for starters right opposite Paddington tube station, rooms had a quality feel, absolutely immaculate as well. Couple of bars inside which were both lovely, polite and helpful staff, felt the hotel had a nice atmosphere about it, would recommend.

Although I informed both the Hilton & Hotels.com that I would only stay one night 8hrs before checkin as I had a sudden death in the family, I was charged 2 nights. The was after both the Hilton front office and Hotels.com assured me this would be refunded. During the funeral I received many calls and emails that I was needed to discuss with both companies. OMG people you’re an online organisation and I was not in the hotel for more than 16 hrs! Very disappointing

Very good varieties of breakfast buffet. Egg station was well presented and full most of the time. Chef was very accomodating, host at the entrace very helpful. Food was delicious! Good size for a family room, our bed is comfortable and clean sheets. Room was spotless and fresh. Generally all of your staff are excellent and very polite. Excellent location for transportation. Right at the train station literally walking through a door you were at the hotel. from there unfortunately everything goes downhill. It is an older hotel and not updated for several years. Staff attitude could be better. walked by the receptionists and other staff at the lobby several times during my stay Never ever had anybody greeted me. Floor plan a bit quirky. Have to open a heavy French door to go from stairs to the rooms.
