A Place I’d Love to Visit Again

This was my second visit to the Hard Rock Hotel, and I booked it to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. After my first stay a few days ago, I was impressed by the clean and convenient surroundings, so I didn’t hesitate to book again. On this visit, we also tried different restaurants and desserts within the building. Having access to a variety of dining options and recreational facilities all in one place is a huge advantage. Lastly, the pool and shower facilities were excellent. If any of my friends are visiting, I will definitely recommend this hotel to them.

Everything about this hotel was so well done! The staff were very kind and attentive. There was even a turndown service with bottles of Fiji water and salted caramel chocolates. The pool area is gorgeous and they even stream the music under the water. If you are a big group though, I would avoid eating at Sessions (maybe until they work the kinks out). They only had 1 server for a group of 24. The kids had gotten their meals and finished them before the adults even got any drinks. We waited an hour for drinks and over an hour and a half for our food.

The Best Hotel in London

The room condition was impeccable—no words needed to describe how clean it was. The service was excellent, and above all, the convenience of amenities and nearby recreational facilities makes it an outstanding hotel, especially for families.

Our stay here was amazing! We are local but celebrated my daughter’s birthday with a staycation to check out this new hotel and we will definitely be back. The staff was very friendly and super attentive. The pool was very nice too. All of the amenities the hotel offers are great! The restaurant (Sessions) was a 10/10. Our food tasted great and the service was good. Very happy with our stay and overall experience!

Service levels were disappointing for the price of

Im not a complainer but wanted to share my experience with my stay at your new hotel as a customer. I’ve stayed at multiple hard rock hotel locations. This is more constructive criticism than complaining. I want to see your hotel and operations do really well. I understand you just opened and your staff are all really nice. You can’t teach personality. That being said improvements need to be made with an experienced management staff to help them improve providing great customer service at a hotel of this standard. Otherwise this hotel will not stay in operation which we all don’t want. Upon check in I pulled up to the front entrance in my vehicle and introduced myself as a guest. I asked the best way to check in and if there was assigned parking for hotel guests. The concierge looked at me as if I was asking a confusing question to a point where I thought he was joking around with me but he obviously wasn’t. Upon check once I parked the staff were all really nice. A staff member guided us to our room. We could tell the hotel was far from being at capacity on a Friday night. The best room advertised as a suite was purchased by myself the night prior. -When we got ready to enter the room the staff member made a comment that she had personally stayed in the room and it has the smallest bathroom of all rooms that are advertised as suites in the room category we purchased. Lastly we called to order room service from the menu in the hotel room they said they don’t offer.

Very beautiful hotel. A little pricey. My only disappointment was the lack of blue boxes in our room. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Brand new hotel that is fun. When we walked in, there was a singer in the open bar. We were greeted by very friendly staff ( Anthony) who was happy to help with our luggage and answer all of my questions. The pool was amazing and the food in the restaurant on site was delicious. The next day, I met another staff member who walked with me to show me where Starbucks was located… on site, btw. Overall, a wonderful stay and we will return.
