The room was not accessible by elevator, which was not mentioned on the Hotels.com listing. The duvet cover was also noticeably smaller than the duvet itself — quite concerning from a hygiene standpoint, as the uncovered duvet is likely touched by every guest. Additionally, the water pressure and temperature during the shower were inconsistent, making it difficult to bathe comfortably. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Great option for a stay in London and much more economical than other hotels. Room was simple, not overly large, but had what you needed. Facilities was large, equipped with a good fitness centre, dining hall with a great breakfast and lounge.

The room was in need of attention— wallpaper seams were separating, water stains on the walls, there were pieces of pretzel on the floor and we did not have any pretzels. There was a dog barking in a nearby room that was annoying.
