The room was not accessible by elevator, which was not mentioned on the Hotels.com listing. The duvet cover was also noticeably smaller than the duvet itself — quite concerning from a hygiene standpoint, as the uncovered duvet is likely touched by every guest. Additionally, the water pressure and temperature during the shower were inconsistent, making it difficult to bathe comfortably. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Great option for a stay in London and much more economical than other hotels. Room was simple, not overly large, but had what you needed. Facilities was large, equipped with a good fitness centre, dining hall with a great breakfast and lounge.

I have stayed here three times before, and this visit was disappointing. The room was in need of attention— wallpaper seams were separating, water stains on the walls, there were pieces of pretzel on the floor and we did not have any pretzels. There was a dog barking in a nearby room that was annoying.

Room was clean and staff at checkin were very friendly. It is a large facility, with checkin being at the back of the property it made for a long walk to the rooms at the front but otherwise excellent overall and location for our visit to Western University was good.
