A Great Value London Hotel

Excellent location just a short way from Kings Cross. The City Sleeper rooms have a new, fresh, very clean feel, with all usual amenities (shower/hair, tea/coffee etc). Would highly recommend breakfast which was a buffet with a good selection of alternatives. To summarise, an absolutely great value London hotel.

Really easy check in, room clean. We were given a free bottle of wine for our anniversary and bed set up with towel swans and love hearts was a really nice touch. Well located near a station and only a 10-15 minute walk to Oxford Street. Highly recommend, great value for money in London.

A very comfortable stay

Check in efficient and staff pleasant. The bag storage was very useful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was particularly comfy. I have rarely slept as well in a hotel. The only issue was the heating, which was set quite high, and I had windows open all day and night.

For the price we paid, I'd have given it a 4 star, but for the doors banging so loud all morning I can't give it higher than a 3. I wear earplugs and was still constantly woken up by the doors banging, they need to have some kind of shock absorbers around the frame to minimise this. Apart from this noise complaint it was fine for the price, small but it did the job.

Disturbed night

Really disappointed, had a really disturbed night as did my 25 year old daughter, a lady decided at a ridiculous time to bang doors and knock on a neighbour’s door and then started shouting! Woke us up and scared my daughter… it was her weekend away in London for a late Christmas present. Very disappointed and left us both tired today!
