Super spotless and modern. Really loved the staff and it’s so close to Victoria station! I would highly recommend staying here. Very close walking distance to Big Ben, The Buckingham Palace and St. James Park. Very convenient spot and I would stay here again.

Citizen M is the hotel of the future! It is super clean, super comfortable, super quiet, and has all the amenities needed. As noted, the rooms are small, but they have a great floor plan to make your stay wonderful, safe, and comfortable. Great location too, near Victoria Station!

Really enjoyed this hotel, great location where we could walk everywhere, unique decor, friendly staff, delicious buffet that included unlimited coffee/barista drinks until 11am (good deal). Everything is automated (check in, check out, umbrella deposit, room controls etc etc). Room was kind of small but expected and a very good deal. Would stay again for sure.
