I had an event to attend in Hyde Park at 1pm and arrived around 11am. Although I was well early, the wonderful staff were able to check me in within 20 mins, which allowed me to get organized and freshen up before my full day event. The room was much grander than expected so I suspect I was upgraded, this included a bath, which allowed me to cool off from the summer heat (32 degrees that day) after my event. The airconditioning was also much appreciated. This is now my favourite hotel in London and the one I will book in future.

They overbook rooms. Be careful!

They overbooked my room, even though I checked in online the day of my arrival. This left me without a hotel room at midnight. I was sent to their sister hotel in a taxi I had to pay for. I didn’t bother returning for my second night. Appalling way to treat a repeat customer.

Large rooms, quiet and comfortable

I love Middle Temple with its history and architecture, so staying in a hotel in amongst it all was a no brainer. You are far enough off the main street to not be bothered by street noise but so easy to get to buses or trains for wherever you need to go. Bar service was very slow at night and breakfast is overpriced but otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel elegant and immaculate, and the service excellent. The hotel is built within on of the old Inns of Court so is a bit of an interesting maze. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel. Alex at reception was brilliant going through everything about the hotel. We couldn't believe how many people were staying at the hotel until the next morning and saw people eating breakfast. It's so quiet for a London hotel.
