Esta espaciosa cabaña construida a la medida de 3000 pies cuadrados es un refugio fantástico en el hermoso Lago Bear. Fun family cabin

This rustic, cozy cabin was great for our large family. Plenty of beds for everyone, firepit, star gazing, upper deck with amazing lake views. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of table seating and service dog friendly.

Great stay even though no oven

Our vacation was a success! Enough beds and plenty of space to hang out. One morning we went to use the oven and no heat. We tried to trouble shoot the best we could while at the same time texting for help. Within a short time they gave us the door code to a vacant condo so we could cook our thanksgiving dinner. Thank you for your quick response with the oven! It all turned out great!

Property was as advertised. Clean looking inside, property was well kept, good parking, appliances all worked, plenty of seating inside and out. Two of the beds on the lower level had hair and a hair tie in the sheets. Biggest issue was hobo spiders and the mice. Killed 8 hobo spiders on the lower level and had mice running around in the loft area at night. Hard to be comfortable with that.

Fun Christmas Getaway

Cozy cabin, perfect for a Christmas away from home. We were really happy with how close it was to Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. No concerns.

The view was awesome. Love the location.

A couple of things they could do better, need more tacks to hang towels on, the racks in bathroom kept comming off the wall. Check for bugs. I think that they might of big bomb, some dead bugs on beds and behind couches. More deep cleaning needed. Over all it turned out good. The electric went off and they responded fast. Which was great.

Awesome but hott

Cabin was great. Plenty of parking and close to everything. Couple things I wasn’t stoked about. Air conditioning did not work. It got really hott. We couldn’t find or couldn’t get ahold of anyone for pool and hot tub access.

Great property, location, large groups, pet friendly, ammenities not as advertised.

The property was not as advertised. The title indicated "Cabin with Fireplace, Hot Tub and Pool". Subsequent reservation communications indicated the hot tub and pool were actually not available. Everything else with the stay was great, the property listing, especially the property title, should reflect actual ammenities available and not be misleading.

Great place, awful driveway

We enjoyed our stay except for losing 4 hours of our trip trying to dig our van out of the driveway not to mention the $175 tow truck we had to pay to have it unstuck. This resulted in lost plans and frustration. We did call Vrbo for help but other then sending someone to try and plow our drive which did not make a difference as it was too little too late. So yes we enjoyed our stay but not the time and $ lost, especially after paying $1800 for the 3 days, we really expected more help for that price.

Fun family gathering

Fun time at the lake, playing tennis, walking, playing games. It would have been nice to have a bigger open room where we could all watch a movie together. Nice big kitchen, loved the two sinks, nice big bathrooms. I wouldn’t really count the futons and trundle beds as beds, they’re not comfortable at all. But the beds were really nice. It wouldn’t hurt to have a nice griddle that’s actually usable, everything REALLY stuck to the one that was there. I wish we would have brought our own. We loved the decor and atmosphere, the incredible view from the deck, plenty of bedding, very clean, lots of towels, nice to have kitchen towels and dish soap, toiletries, storage space. This would be a great place to stay at Christmas time.

Beautiful Home

Our stay was absolutely wonderful the only thing that became a problem was the fact that the driveway is unpaved we could not get our boat into the driveway all the way because we could not get traction in the dirt to get up the hill and it just didn’t make much sense to us that they would not have paved that driveway. So unfortunately in the future we would never book that property again because we need to be able to have a place to park when we’re hauling about and I think it’s important for other people to know that bit of information as well

Amazing weekend!

This cabin was amazing. Everyone had a great time. Convenient, close to everything. The view is breathtaking. The cabin had everything we needed for a fun and amazing weekend. We would definitely vacation in that cabin again! Thank you!

Lovely home by Bear Lake

We had a great time with our family but found that none of the bedrooms with a double bed were large enough for a portable crib to be set up. Only one bunk room would work. This is a limitation families need to be aware of. In the kitchen there was some plastic wrap but no aluminum foil. Overall a very lovely home with great views.

We had 15 family members at the Kickback Kabin and it was the perfect size. Clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the two kitchen sinks made preparing food very easy

Not What I Was Hoping For

Our impression started when we entered the kitchen...and our shoes were sticking to the floor. The next morning while cooking part of breakfast on the grill, the propane ran out. (They did come later that day and install a fresh tank.) If the basement rooms were at a tolerable temperature, the upstairs bedrooms were stifling. The biggest incovenience for me (because our family cooks a lot), was the lack of space to store food and supplies. All the (unlocked and available) cupboards are full of dishes (most of which are unnecessary), so we had to use the countertops...which then leaves very little space to work. And, although we did find a broom in the downstairs utility room, we never did find a dustpan. Had to make one from a paper plate. And if there was a vacuum available, we didn't find it. We have been renting VRBO homes for nine years and we all agreed that this one was near the bottom of the list.

We love our stay at this house. It was very nice inside and room enough for the 25 of us.

There were 25 of us and we had plenty of room. The house was great. The two problems we encountered were checked out in a timely manner and, even though not fixed for us, we were told they would be fixed before the next guests game. Beautiful view. I would stay again in a heart best.

Great stay!

Loved our stay. Comfortable. Close to the lake. Clean. Personally, I love cooler rooms but couple of our family members were too cold to stay in the basement. We tried increase the heater but disnt do much and ir was too hot upstairs. Other than that everything was perfect.
