Our room was very nice and clean. The hotel restaurant and bar was excellent. The coffee shop was not open very often. Doorman was super nice. The location was disappointing to experience being a part of the downtown restaurants and pubs. Perfect location for the convention center.

Very easily to check in staff was amazing 😉 A guy by the name of Ben was extremely helpful. He helped me up to my room with my groceries and won’t be on the call Amancer to get us a microwave in our room. Also one of the managers colin gave me a hug and a and he remembered me because I spoke to him on the phone while making my reservations. Now that’s impressive

Parking is non existant until after checkin. No rooms were ready until exactly the 3pm check in tine and then there 50 people waiting in line and cars gridlocked out into the street. Have "valets" precheck waiting customers and set up parking garage passes for guests to use until able to fully check in. Entrire property was a C+ or B- . Not terrible, but other than a great location it had nothing to make me want to stay again.
