When we checked in on kick. We get room 20354 central tower. When I opens door room was not clean in bathroom. Clogged drains are backing up black smell bad water. Since left some parts on counter not even installed. Very bad smell. Parts and dirty towels left in top sink. I call front desk 2 times to clean that but no one showed up. Told housekeeping lady she said i called someone will be there shortly. But no one shows up. Smell was so bad that I have to put my clothes under door and open window little that smells get out. As very bad. If you need pictures I have off parts and dirty stuff in bathroom.

Very old hotel that hasn't been kept up. The overall condition was very poor. One elevator wouldn't ever open on our floor. Our room wasn't cleaned properly. No fridge, no mirrors outside the bathroom, inconvenient charging plugs, and the dresser was broken. The casino was ok and had plenty of food options. Lines everywhere however so be prepared to wait for everything, even for the elevators.

Room apparently were recently updated. Our room was dusty. The refrigerator cabinet was broken was not impressed for choosing an upgraded room.

We had to change rooms at midnight sfter asking THREE different people for help. Our 7 year old got in the shower and it smelled like the most horrible sewage smell, the room they moved us to smelled like mildew and the shower BARELY worked and the TV coznnections were all broken. We unfortunately will not stay at this property again.

Not up to past standards

Past experience Harrahs was a 5 star casino and hotel. I can not say they even make a 3 star establishment. Elevators were sub-par at most, not cleaned, walls not polished and clean as they were in the past. It seems like they have let they have lowered their standars.

Customer service was good. The employees were very nice. Very helpful little bit too smoky though in spots but understandable because you’re allowed smoking.
