Hidden fees

LET THE BUYER BEWARE I was warned about several fees and studiously avoided them. There was a departure fee of an amount. This type of fee according to a simple google search is charged when you shorten your stay. I was charged a completely unrelated ninety dollar cleaning fee they assured me was 'normal' which is why they took it out of my deposit. Steer clear!!! 1. The fee that was described did not match any total given in communication. 2. The fee was a cleaning fee not mentioned. 3. The fee was taken out of my deposit last minute

This is Expedia’s and the owner of the air bnb who own the place at the palms hotel and the hotel for allowing it to be an air bnb. Expedia misrepresented when the advertised and sold the room. It wasn’t a hotel room or clean. It was an air bnb and I got 2 towels and 2 rolls of tp for a 7 day stay. No housekeeping everything was extra. They charged a cleaning fee when I left and the room was moldy shower dirty dishes e if c etc on arrival. I’m so mad.
