THE POOL and PATIO...

The pool is large enough for everyone in your group with plenty of room to swim around with both sun and shade throughout the day. The pool area includes comfortable chaise lounges to relax in your own oasis all day. A large propane BBQ grill sits in the back yard as well. There is a full outdoor dining set right by the pool for a great island meal after a day of sun.

THE COMMON AREAS...

The open living plan, with those big French Doors is perfect for entertaining. The living area has a plush sectional sofa. There are additional comfortable chairs in front of a large flat screen HDTV with full cable and DVD player. There's the fully equipped chef's kitchen, a beautifully designed space with gourmet appliances created for those who LIVE in the kitchen (when you're not dining at one of the amazing nearby restaurants). You'll find lots of hidden treasures in this kitchen; from the extra bar seating for three, to the 42 inch counter-depth refrigerator/freezer. Off the kitchen is a lovely dining area that overlooks the open living area.

• First Bedroom: Located on the First Floor with Two Twin beds OR One King bed, a flat screen TV, and access to the full bathroom in the hall.

• Second Bedroom: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed, a flat screen TV, a private balcony and access to the full bathroom in the hall.

• Master Bedroom: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed, a flat screen TV, a walk-in closet, a private balcony overlooking the pool area, and an en-suite bathroom with an oversized shower.

Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
