THE LIVING AREA AND KITCHEN...

From the street, this home's classic Key West architecture boasts the gingerbread trim and whimsical porch swings that define Old Town conch homes. Upon entering, you'll be pleasantly welcomed into a newly restored version of a Key West conch home. The living area boasts a large flat screen SMART TV, which can be viewed from the comfort of plush furniture. The brand-new kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and all the tools needed to prepare a meal at home. The indoor dining table has seating for up to six. There's also a convenient powder room located in the hall.

YOUR PRIVATE POOL...

Prepare your favorite beverage of choice (perhaps a Margarita or a zesty lime mojito) and throw open the French doors to access the pool area, which is fully fenced for privacy. The private 6' x 9' dipping pool can be heated to your liking and has a soothing waterfall. Comfortable patio furniture provides outdoor lounging options for everyone in your group. The pool area is complete with a outdoor dining set that will comfortably seat 6.

Each of the three bedrooms in THE ZESTY LIME is a suite with a private en-suite bathroom.

We had a great time at the “zesty lime”. The location was perfect - close to downtown Duval, the beach and waterfront. We rented a golf cart for transportation and finding parking was a challenge the dishwasher wasn’t working and all it took was a call and to get someone out. If ever we are in Key West again, this is where we would book

One of the main reasons we chose this property was the pool and pool heat amenity advertised in picture #1/property details page. Unfortunately the pool was extremely cold and the heater was broken with no notice to us prior to our arrival. After reaching out to the host (Alice/Last Key Realty) on the day of our arrival we got a response the next day that the heater had been broken for a week and they were awaiting repairs. The host justified not telling us up front about the broken pool heater because there is a hidden 50/day pool heater fee that isn’t listed in the description online nor in the check-in directions anywhere. The pool is very small, the shower didn’t run hot water, and the TV did not stay on longer than 1 minute. We love keywest and host a few properties ourselves, I can assure you we would never treat our hosts in the manor Last Key Realty did. Make sure you do your home work before you lock in spending thousands here.

This property was great! The location is perfect for all we wanted to do. Very walkable even though we did have a golf cart for the week. Property management was great to work with. They answered all our questions and gave great suggestions for the week. We would definitely stay here again!

Sibling reunion

We meet yearly for a sibling reunion and chose to stay in a VRBO rental instead of a hotel. This home fit us perfectly with a master suite downstairs and two bedrooms with private baths upstairs. The house was immaculate and the kitchen well stocked if you choose to cook. Our only issue was with the management company. Because of an unexpected hurricane we had to extend our stay by a day when our connecting flights were canceled. We received permission and paid for the extra day. Imagine our shock when a gentleman let himself into the house at 7:00 am even though checkout was at 10:00. Apparently the management company didn’t relay the information that our stay was extended. Several guests were still sleeping and 2 were showering. Not a pleasant surprise. Communication needs improvement between management and housekeeping

Beautiful house and great location!

The house was super cute and exactly as described. We could walk to everything and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The pool was a great place to relax after a hot day of sight seeing. We had issues with bugs due to the extreme heat and the property manager made right and compensated us for it.

Wonderful Location and Home

We had a wonderful stay at the Zesty Lime. Four college friends from back in the day stayed here for a wonderful reunion. The house was clean with plenty of room for four ladies. We felt very safe! Loved having a grocery store just steps away. There was construction next door but workers were there only one day. We will recommend this house to family and friends.

Fantastic property that checked off all the boxes: beautiful home with up to date features, great location & customer service. Extremely walk-able to everything you would need. Host/Realtor was very attentive and we enjoyed the special treat left for us upon arrival. Only disappointment was the pool, which was more of the size of a hot tub. Was a very misleading.

Great time in Key West

The property was perfect for our group of 3 couples and located just right for all the Key West experiences we wanted. Walking distance to Duval, as well as the Southern Most Point, restaurants, shopping. We rented a vehicle but hardly needed it. The house was immaculate with plenty of room for everyone, a great back patio / pool area, front porch and upper deck. We would 100% stay again.

The Zesty Lime was perfect for our party of six, allowing each couple desirable comfort, space & privacy. Home is conveniently close to Duval St.- great for “be-bopping” around the area easily. Pool was smaller than we thought, but was able to take a dip a few times in the evening. Kitchen could use a better k-cup coffee maker & toaster, but we made it work. We would definitely stay there again in the future. Alice from Last Key Realty was attentive and great to work with!

This is the place!

We had a great time and the Zesty Lime definitely contributed to our enjoyment. The house is clean, well appointed, and had ample space for our 5 total people. Location was very good, our host was accessible and responsive, and overall it was just a great experience. We would not hesitate to return!
