There were three combination washer/dryers in the bath areas of the men and of the women. These were not sufficient because they took a long time and didn’t dry the clothes very well without repeated use of the dryer cycle. That meant there were always people waiting for long stretches. While the availability of the machines was on the in-house monitors in the rooms, this wasn’t sufficient to overcome the way the machines actually worked. This is a big hotel and needs to figure out how to handle the laundry situation."
