What an excellent hotel. It’s very new and modern and has a relaxing zen design. Loved the onsen and our room on the Executive Club level. The location was also convenient in terms of shopping and eating options right below the hotel floors. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family and hope to visit again.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Parked at the basement at the hotel and was given a QR code to discount the parking to 1,000 yen (go in once) or parked at Car Park 1 at the JR station (can go in/out multiple times) at 1,000 yen (with validated ticket from hotel reception). Dinner at the restaurant was very nice and prices reasonable (20% discount for hotel guests). Enjoyed our stay.
