Loved our stay at The Blossom. Rooms are pretty spacious, common areas are very well presented. Staff are always available to assist in the lobby and the outside the public bath area. Parking was also very convenient as it's located on the basement of the building. Shopping mall, and JR station is also just downstairs, along with the tram stop to the city sites.

Wow! Impressive hotel from top to bottom!

I have never experienced a class hotel as the Blossom Kumamoto before! From staff to facility, perfect! I have been in 5 star hotel before and the Blossom rates as one of the tops. I will definitely be staying here again when passing through Kumamoto. I just left and wished I could have stayed longer to enjoy the onsen. In fact, we are at a ryokan right now and should have stayed at the Blossom!
