One dedicated parking space in the garage, along with Wifi, Netflix, washer/dryer, Cookware & utensils are all provided. Please reach out with any questions. This apartment is also 1 block from the famous uptown theater; making it very convenient for concertgoers.
We require renters to be 21 years old or older.
- Breaking any house rules results is a $500 fine and immediate booking termination
- Quiet hours start at 10:00 pm
- Keys/ key fob must be returned (replacement costs are $100 per key fob and $70 to re-key the locks)
